Where the Magic Lies
Every great magician sooner or later has to come to the realization that the real magic is not outside of themselves but is in actuality within their very own being. I think we all forget this simple yet profound truth from time to time. The great magician and creator of your life is YOU. That's right I said YOU... And the magic is not out there in some faraway place. There are a plethora of books and movies which demonstrate this very point as well. The main characters usually have to go through excruciating ordeals and mind-blowing difficulties to discover that their power is not outside of them somewhere, in a magic rock in the forest, or in a special sword or shield, but has truly been inside themselves all along. It is the same with you and me. I think when we stop looking for magic outside of ourselves, that's when the real magic shows up. You just have to be bold enough to seek it for it to reveal itself in your life. I promise you it is there within you just waiting timidly for you to call upon and use it. And when you are bold enough to reach for it, grab ahold of it, bring it forth and utilize it, it will show up powerfully, exuberantly, extraordinarily and will amaze even you.
The thing with magic though is that it is two sided like a coin. Not only does the real magic lie within us, but it also lies all around us. We live in a magical Universe. But the most amazing thing is that we are part of the magic, not separate from it. And we are always connected to it because the magic is interwoven in us, embedded in our very DNA and life essence. We may look like mere human beings, but our power is phenomenal and unlimited in scope. We are all pieces of spirit/universal energy. So that means we are microcosms of the same energy that created mighty rivers, oceans, stars and galaxies. On some quantum level we are all one with this wondrous, creative energy of the cosmos. And our lives are supposed to be magical, filled with miracles and incredible, breath-taking moments. It's only when we disconnect ourselves from this truth that life loses its luster. We were all created from the same divine splendor, with the same divine incredibleness. The same universal creative essence and divinity belongs to you, as it does to me and everyone else for that matter. When we tap into that essence and incredibleness, magical, miraculous things can and do happen. Some of the ways we can accomplish this are by fully utilizing the power of our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and through practicing visualization as well. When we use our God given powers and abilities to create and manifest, there is very little that is truly impossible.
I want you to know that you too are a part of the magic of the Universe. Its very essence is infused in your being, just as an artist’s personality and expressions are evidenced in his or her paintings. There is magic in this very moment, in the here and now, in whatever situation you may find yourself in presently. It doesn’t just belong to the past or future. Life is magical. You are magical. The whole Universe is magical. So, whenever you want to know Where the Magic Lies? Just look around you and especially within you. The magic is there waiting to be discovered, uncovered, birthed and brought forth into existence.
