Get up and Do Something
Your new life starts today. It’s the day you can decide to wake up and do something noteworthy and noble with your life. It’s the day you can take your dreams and goals off of the shelf and start working towards them again. It’s the day you can stop trying to please the people around you who aren’t even open to your goodness and gifts, and instead choose to surround yourself with those who see the good in you and inspire you to live, dream and love. It’s the day you can decide to look for the gift life has to offer you and decide to be a gift unto life as well. It’s the day you can stop complaining about what you don’t have, how life has trodden all over you, and instead start exercising gratitude and seeing all the joys and gifts around you, as they are plentiful. It’s the day you can take life by the horns and choose to do something remarkable with the very talents and passions God has generously gifted you with.
Imagine how beautiful your life could become if you woke up with enthusiasm, inspiration, joy and vigor every day. It’s your life. Get your ass out there and do something great while you have the chance to rise and shine. Stop waiting for everyone to give you permission to live freely, fully and authentically. It’s a new day and with a new day comes new opportunities— opportunities to grow, to better yourself, to choose love instead of resentment towards your friends and family, to excel in your workplace and to find a way to contribute to the greater cause of humanity.
So Get up and Do Something. Make today your day. Make today a pivotal moment in redefining your life purpose, your life mission. Stop living for tomorrow and instead get fully present, fully alive in this now moment. Stop wasting your time involved in projects, pursuits, or relationships that no longer serve you. Fill your cup with passion, inspiration, joy and aliveness and go out and share your fullness with the world around you. Let love, joy, passion and excitement be your trademarks, and the very things that other people remember you for. As Helen Keller once said, “Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing at all.” Don’t waste another precious moment living below your potential. You were born for a noble purpose, destined for greatness, and you have a unique gift to embrace and offer this world. Make today the day you will set off on a quest to begin figuring out what you have to offer this world, if you don’t already know that is. Today you can come alive and dance. Today why not rejoice in this thing called life? Today live with excellence, excitement, purpose and zest… Today you hold in your hands a golden ticket to the destination of your choice. Live this day with passion, purpose, gratitude and appreciation my friends…
