Life is like a dance and a symphony. Everything is flowing fantastically when there’s rhythm and harmony. When you’re in the flow, it’s smooth sailing, as you’re Tuned In to the Feeling Good Frequency. This is a very real concept. I’m sure you’ve seen professional athletes, actors and various performers completely in their element, making great play after play, or move after move. That’s because they have gotten really good at creating and maintaining the flow. Learning how to stay in rapport with this feeling good frequency is a huge part of life success and life mastery. Nikola Tesla, inventor of the radio once said, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”
That is quite profound advice too, for if you really think about it, everything in our lives has a certain energy and vibration to it. This includes the music we listen to, TV shows we watch, books we read, foods we eat, people we associate with and the places we go. That is why it is imperative that you be conscious of the frequencies you are inviting into your life on a day to day basis, if you want to keep yourself on a feeling good frequency. We all have things that keep us tuned in to good frequencies. I am in the flow of my natural rhythm when I am reading or writing positive material, doing yoga, fishing in a beautiful river, standing on a mountain top or being playful and childlike with my kids. So whatever it is for you that helps elevate you and keeps you on a feeling good frequency, do those things and do them often.
It’s important to understand, you will never create what you want in your life by feeling bad, or being on a negative feeling frequency! You create good things and bring good things your way by raising your frequency, raising your feelings of positivity, joy and success. This is accomplished by keeping yourself surrounded by good vibrations in all areas of your life. Of course there are other things you can do too to raise your vibrations, such as visualizations, affirmations and acting as if you already are what you seek to become. The cool thing is you already have the power inside of you to do this stuff. It just takes practice. Feeling good and keeping yourself Tuned In to The Feeling Good Frequency, instead of tearing yourself down and feeling sorry for yourself, takes conditioning and fine tuning.
Living is an amazing adventure. Get excited about life, because the more excited and passionate you are, the more good things come rushing into your life. Please understand life is not a bitch, life is habitual. And the more you form habits of staying in positive feel good frequencies, the more positive things and events will find their way into your life.
